"Uniting American Workers"

Fellow Americans,

Corruption in Congress, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Homeland Security continue to facilitate inbound F, OPT, H-1B, and H-2B visa workers to replace QUALIFIED American workers. Congress and the Department of Homeland Security allow millions of illegal immigrants to enter, stay, and illegally replace American workers.

The United States law firm, Cohen & Grigsby, stated at a training seminar:
"Our goal is clearly NOT to find a qualified U.S. worker... our objective is to get this person a green card... so certainly we are not going to try to find a place where applicants would be most numerous."

The replacement of QUALIFIED American workers with F1 visas, OPT visas, H-1B visas, H-2B visas, and illegal immigrant workers is a direct violation of the The Immigration and Nationality Act. It is AGAINST the Law.

Rescue Austin Jobs is a grassroots group that was organized in September 2003. The organization does not have any political affiliations. Historically, members have handed out informational flyers, attended public protests, contacted and informed Congressional Leaders of how their decisions affect American workers, conducted research, participated in political caucuses, and have supported the following organizations:

NumbersUSA and its issues page
Center for Immigration Studies publications and articles
Job Destruction
Federation for American Immigration Reform
National Science Foundation and the H1-B Wolpe Contents
Beryl Benderly's blog on STEM issues

Thomas Jefferson said, "When the government fears the people there is liberty; when the people fear the government there is tyranny."

It is the nature of Americans to trust their Congressional Leaders, but their tyrannical actions have violated all trusts. The corporation owned congress no longer listens to "We The People." It is the time for Americans to organize, show solidarity, and take back our democracy.

Sincerely,
Rescue Austin Jobs
